Refund Policy
Papa Pizza is committed to providing fresh, high-quality food for online delivery and takeaway. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order with your order details. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If there is a genuine issue with food quality, please inform us immediately. We may request photo evidence to assess the concern before issuing any refund or replacement.
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started preparing the order, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
