All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be received before an order is processed for delivery or collection. Papa Pizza reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Incorrect details may result in delays or failed delivery without refund.
Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take care during food preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Any complaints regarding incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery or collection. Refunds or replacements are issued at management’s discretion. Papa Pizza’s liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.
